1. Delivery Timeframe:

1. Ready to Ship Products: Orders for ready to ship items are typically processed within 12 working days after purchase confirmation and are delivered within 5 to 8 working days, depending on product availability.
2. Made to Order Products: For customized or made to order jewellery, please allow 7 to 14 working days for production and delivery. We will keep you informed of the expected shipping date for any personalized pieces.

2. Shipping Charges:

1. Domestic Shipping: The Shipping fees will be as per the location of delivery; any such fees will be communicated at checkout.
2. International Shipping: International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking
information to be updated.

4. Shipping Address:

1. Correct Address Submission: Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Senara Jewels is not responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect address entries.

5. Packaging and Care:

Each item is carefully inspected and packaged in secure, protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely. We strive to present your jewellery beautifully for an unforgettable unboxing experience.

Please Note: Although we ensure there aren't any but there might be very minor variations in weight, size, or appearance from product photographs. We do ensure that the variation does not affect the perception of the product which you had ordered.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs clearance for international orders, or unforeseen courier issues). In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve any issues promptly.

7. Lost or Damaged Items:

1. Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to locate it. If the package is confirmed lost, we will replace the item or issue a refund as per your preference. 
2. Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or help as required.
