Placing an Order
You can place an order by selecting the product, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your purchase. In case you are facing an issue, you can drop us a message or give us a call and we will help you out in doing the same.
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows for easier order tracking, faster checkouts, and access to special offers.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details. In addition, we will also reach out to you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address.
Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, if it is not a made to order product you may cancel it before dispatch and place a new order. If unable to do so, you can give us a ring and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Order Cancellation &Refunds
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. In case of made to order products, the orders will be placed only after verifying the same from you (the customer) via call and WhatsApp since we don’t offer cancellations on products listed under that tag on our website.
To cancel an order (which is not a made to order product), log
into your account, go to ‘My Orders,’ and click ‘Cancel Order.’
If you ordered as a guest, contact customer support.
Yes, if you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
In most cases we are unable to provide refunds on a made to order
product, however if your order has yet to be manufactured, we’ll
do the needful and would request you to please reach out to our
customer support.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to
your original payment method.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, visit ‘My Orders’ in your account and select
‘Return Item.’ You may also contact customer support to initiate
returns if you don’t have an account.
A pickup will be scheduled within 3-5 days, and after quality
checks, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the
returned item passes quality checks.
No, returns are free unless specified otherwise.
Replacements & Exchanges
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery, subject
to product availability.
Go to ‘My Orders’ and select ‘Exchange’ or you can contact
customer service.
If your exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Delivery & Shipping
Standard delivery may take 5-21 business days (depending on the availability of the product), while express delivery takes 2-15 business days (depending on the availability of the product).
Please Note: The range of delivery days are based on both available as well as made to order products. Your order may reach earlier based on the product you have ordered and the location of delivery.
Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping may be introduced soon.
